Mission

Our mission is to safeguard the rights and interests of all three adoption-related parties: biological family (custodian), adoptive family and adoptee.

Our services include:

  • Preserve all adoption data of biological family (custodian), adoptive family and adoptee.
  • Provide information inquiry and reunion services to adoption-related parties.
  • Assist adoption-related parties in amending and concluding “Information Release Form,”
  • Provide adoption consultation and referral services
  • Advocate adoption concepts that are based on children’s rights and promote legal adoption.
